چکیده
Sol üst kadranda karın boşluğunda fundus gastrica ile diaphragma arasında bulunan kahve çekirdeğine benzeyen dalak vasküler ve lenfatik yapılarla sarılmış bir organdır. Çok kesittli Bilgisayarlı Tomografi abdominal bölgede yerleşim gösteren yapıları görüntülemede oldukça iyi sonuçlar vermektedir. Üriner sistem enfeksiyonu şikayetiyle gelen hastaya abdomen (BT) laboratuvar tetkikleri yapıldı. BT tetkikinde hastada primer dalak’tan görünüm doku olarak çokta farklı olmayan aksesuar varyasyonuna sahip olduğu görüldü. Bu olguda literatürde yer alan varyasyonel sınıflandırılmasının dışında tip varyasyonunun görüntüleme bulgularının incelenmesi amaçlandı.
